Force Variation Balancing

Anyone use this type of balancing before? Is it equivelant to roadforce balancing or perhaps better/worse? Thanks for any input.

It is the same as road force balancing, I do it all the time at lexus to fix increasingly common issues with high road force. the machine measures the highest point or points of
road force, then you measure the rim runnout and match the tire to the rim to get the lowest roadforce. I phase match anything that is 20lbs or more, I like to see single digits where possible.
