one speaker in door trim isn't working in my 92 325i. was thinking about installing new ones but not sure about removing the door trims with the electric mirror switch etc. is it worth it? can anyone help?

Hey, welcome to the fest
Just pull the switch out and disconnect it. You can then remove the trim, but you will need new clips from your local dealer (VERY cheap) for when you put it back on

And if you're lucky you might not even need clips. I've pulled skins off 4 times now, and they've not broken yet... So far.

This is true, but they are SO SO cheap, you may as well get new ones IMHO
yeah they are ridiculously cheap!
I have my door card all set up and fixed now! Weee no more saggy boobie door

Valid point. Though with my closest stealer nearly an hour away, I'd rather be careful.

You can also get new clips on e-bay for just a few bucks. I have found that it's wotth changing them after pulling the door panel off. Once they are popped off, if they dont break, they are at least weakened enough to pop easilly. Then the panel is constantly coming loose. 1995 325IC
