Run Flag tire bulge

I just noticed a bulge coming out of the sidewall of one of my Potenza RFT's. Any idea what could be causing this? If this a common problem with RFT's? I have less than 5k on these tires, so I'm feeling a bit bummed.

I have the same problem with my front RFT. Dealer (Stealer) told me I needed to replace it. I've decided to replace all four with non-RFTs.

I have the same problem, I have only had the car for 2 weeks and have a bulge in the right front tire. I have been told that I hit a pothole pretty hard, which makes sense. I was in NYC this week and hit one hard. Do I have to replace the tire 0r can it wait. The car/tire only has 700 miles on it.
