I have an MKIII V26 software, and I love the way it works. But I was hoping that by upgrading, the nav voice would either:

A: Not cut out the radio signal when it speaks (I wish the voice just blended in with the music)

or

B: Be able to be turned off until I get to a point where I dont know where I am.
(ie.. I know how to pull out of my driveway and turn right. But if Im on a 400 mile journey, I may not know the last 200 miles, but I dont need constant badgering the entire time.)

Is there a way that I can do either or both of these things?

Thanks a million in advance,

ysgi

Don't start the guidance until after you are underway; alternatively, get the near term directions then cancel guidance until you don't know where you to go then start them again.

You can control how loud she is, but it will always cut into the music.
