Second 80G407050 201058
Third 3G407928 GF201059

Just order one from the dealer, Duh!
J/K!, put the flame-thrower down. Seriously though I know a place near Atlanta that you can buy a used one from. I'm not sure what shipping would cost but it's worth asking.

hehehe no way... a new one on the dealer is almost the value of my car! It's US 12.500!!!!
One used from US is impossible also because we have 70% taxes over the product PLUS SHIPPING, so I am going to find one here. It's not difficult to find, but nobody gives me the damn part number so i can know what it REALLY is...

ahhh oter thing, is there any difference (meaning adaptation) of the common 325 dif for any M3 diff? Or it's plug and play?
Thanks again guys...

There is probably an adaptation, but I can't be sure. You might want to call a dealer or local performance shop to see what they say.

Thanks again, Sancinavian.
