Engine surge

Ok at first I thought I was dreaming it.. now i know Im not! When im coming to a stop and i use the clutch and brake the revs are surging abit...nothing spectacular but u can def hear them changing.. any ideas?? When i come to a full stop and take it out of gear it goes back to normal..(iv always had a slightly rough idle with the car shaking abit but revs have always seemed to stay constant).. HELP!!

I would suggest your ICV, but i think i remember you saying that you already cleaned it

If you haven't, then that gets my vote

If you have, i would get the codes pulled before doing anything else mate

Na i never go round to cleaning the icv.. will do that first then.. thats kinda wot i thought it would come down too...I replaced the crankcase valve a short time ago so just slowly making my way through the rough idle parts! Cheers chaps
