I have trouble starting my car when it is cold or if it hasn't run for an hour. I've gone through a lot of checks already and i've found that the idle air stabilizer valve isn't opening while cranking. The valve checks out okay, but the 3 wires going to the idle air stabilizer valve don't, the middle wire shows 12 volts like it should, but the outer wires are supposed to show 10 volts. One side is at 10 volts and the other is at 3. Any one come across this before, do I need a new idle control computer or should i be checking anything else? Fuel pressure, TPS, and spark are all good. Not sure what else to check. Does the O2 sensor have anything to do with this? The car idles very rough all the time. Please help!
