Do you still have to schedule Mini test drives?

Can you just walk in and test drive a Mini or do you have to "schedule" a test drive? I knew it was true when they first hit the market that you had to schedule a test drive. Wondering if that's still the case.

I think most dealerships have a couple (one S, one non-S) on hand these days dedicated to test drives. Probably no need to schedule, but as you know, your dealership is just a phone call away.
