Travel Information Form Question

( For anyone new to PC Delivery, the performance center emails out a confirmation of your delivery date. The email contains a Travel information form that you fill out and email back )

We just e-mailed back our Travel Information Form. What happens next? Should we get a confirmation back?



I'm never 100% certain emailing through Adobe Acrobat worked.

I got a confirmation back the next day, I sent mine out last Sunday night, and also made my plane reservations at the same time....

You should receive a confirmation from us once it is processed. We have one person that is responsible for processing reservation forms and travel. She also does all the scheduling too.

As you can imagine the inbox for that account fills up pretty quickly, so it may take us a day or so before we can process it and send you a confirmation.

Please note that Adobe has a bug in Reader 8 that will not allow you to fill out the form unless you are using Microsoft Outlook and have it open (earlier versions of Adobe Reader work fine). Hopefully the next update they release will correct this problem. If you get a error message when submiting it, please just type your travel information in an email and send it to us.
