Since OLP is becoming a standard feature, and keeps on changing every month, can we have an OLP sticky thread?

You can restrict the thread to board sponsors or other people in the know so that it is not cluttered.

I've read several threads about the OLP with little consistency. In one it said 0.00045 and in another it said 0.0018.
What is the current MF for OLP and on which models?

Both are right; you just aren't reading the posts correctly.

Discount of .00045 on some models which can translate to a discounted MF of .0018 on models where the 'base rate' is .00225
