Higher prices aren't funneling down to shareholders. My Exxon stock is down $8 a share.

We filled up yesterday I was pretty much bone dry, was just over $70. ...I usually fill it up when I'm around 1/2 a tank, so normally $40ish.

Old fashioned thinking. I'm only driving 100-150 miles per week
I go from 0 to 1/2 tank for around town and such.
Only fill up for long road trips etc...
I figure the truck is 12 gallons or 105 lbs. (or so) lighter. Maybe 1 mpg better
Also the gas is "fresher"

Here in Tampa, FL, Premium was available today for $3,29/gallon. Maybe he's from Miami were almost everything is a bit more - but I still doubt $100...:dunno:

But I feel sorry for you folks if you have an X5 - filling up my M5 is a bargain.
See: The higher the prices climb, the more I save each time I fill up the M5 in comparison to the X5 due to the smaller sized tank. Now you all get punished for buying a huge family-truck instead of getting an economic sportscar!:p
