I have a set of Dunlop TD4 225/45 R17. I need wheels, the Rial Salerno looked right but they appear to be backordered until January, true?
Also, are those Dunlops run flat or not?

The Salernos are indeed on backorder, estimated for January. I'm not sure which Dunlop you're referring to by TD4, but there was a 225/45R17 M3DSST runflat that sold out.
