Is there a thread listing a definitive rust touchup method? I've searched and I can't find one.

Also, I want some M3 mirrors for my 328i to complete the M-Tech stuff already on there, but they seem to come in black unless you buy original (Not really bothered if they are original!). Is it possible, advisable, and effective to try and spray these yourself?

Cheers

Give us pics of your new car sometime! :)

Just don't buy "M3" mirrors that aren't motorised. I think you would be looking at £400 or so for the real deal, but if you get fakes at least go for some level of quality!

Thanks I will bear that in mind - I certainly wouldn't wanna be adjusting them by hand on the M-Way!! :-)

I've tried to attach a pic, hope it worked!

I personally wouldn't have gone for this colour originally, but I saw so many 328is that had been abused or over modded and apart from some minor rust this one was too good to pass up. And I've grown to really like the colour, it seems to change depending on the weather conditions.

I didn't add the Angel Eyes by the way, I think they do look good and they've attracted favourable comments - though I possibly wouldn't have bought them myself.

I would like some shiny e46 M3-type alloys, induction kit, still debating on a spoiler... oh, my wallet is crying already.

P.S. I am fully aware how badly I parked but there are 20 spaces outside my flat and only 2 people with a car.. the other you can see is an e36 318!
