i just posted in the general forum as well but for some reason my recently off warranty 2003 x5 just started having problems. The front passenger door window slowed down last week and I siliconed the tracks and it improved, then today the power mirror and lock and window on that door quit. The wire looks good. Any ideas?

I just found it was the number 24 30amp fuse. Sorry for not checking but the dealer said it wouldn't be a fuse as no fuse controls those functions. Guess they were wrong. replaced it and the mirror and locks came back, rolled the window down part way and it slowly went back up and when it reached the top heard the fuse blow.
Is the window sticking in the track or is the motor frying or the regulator binding? no funny noises, just sounds like there is a lot of resistance. Any ideas?
