help PLZ tire size ASAP THANKS

i am new to this fourm. i have a Q about my car i have a 2002 bmw 330i none sport. i have style 73 17 x 7.0 Radial Spoke alloy wheels and 205/50R-17 tire i was looking at puting 235/45ZR17 or 215/45ZR17 on the rims. i just wanted to know will they work or what size's will work on that rim/car.
also what load index of tire do i have to get to on my car? what is the stock load index that i should get.

The widest recommended for the 7" wide wheel is 225/45R17. 215/45R17 is shorter in height and wouldn't make much sense. Jus stick with the 225/45R17 all around. If you insist on the staggered look, run 205/50R17 front and 225/45R17 rear.
