I used to work at a trim shop and that's when I realized the magnitude of the problem. The best thing to do is get in the back seat, put the driver's seat as far back as you can, grab the backrest with both hands on the outside of seat (door side) take your foot and push on the top inside corner while pulling with both hands. This normally straightens the seat out. I've done at least 100 of these before but that doesn't mean I've fixed mine yet. :)
