Lol dude your gonna get a hugeeeeeeeeee ass reply to this one with alot of people giving there opinions honesty.. Its what you prefer. Manual is horrible in the city cause it gets annoying with all the traffic but its fun as hell to drive. And auto is just for lazy people cause u put it in D and just go...

reliability wise i think manual would be better cause the auto is made by GM which is total crap =]... but ya its up to you wait for some replys and see what u want

manual is easier and cheaper to fix

with a 5-speed you are in control of the car vs the car in control of itself
I can't drive automatics anymore, feels too weird, I like being the one in control and with a 5-speed you can get much better mpg.

Go manual. I fall asleep when I drive auto..

The manual trans holds up two times better as well.

If your a man go with manual...its MANual.
Unless you are constantly stuck in traffic jams, then go for the auto.

Go with the manual! Lasts twice as long, easier to fix, handles horsepower increases better, and is a heck of a lot more fun than an auto!

Manual will be more durable - they basically won't break unless you abuse them. That said, clutches do wear out and will have to be replaced sooner or later.
