What headers are you guys running on 328's, what are my options, pros and cons, and possible gains. Also has anyone done this themselves and how much of a job is it. i searched the forum for answers for this so please don't bash me for not looking. I didn't find very thorough info on the subject. Thanks in advance for any input.

Headers on a 328 are useless. It's a lot of work for almost no gain at all.
Take a good look at your exhaust manifold as it is. It's already a tubular header on the OBDII cars. On OBDI, we have a cast manifold so upgrading to OBDII manifolds net about 2-3 BHP and a bit better sound.

Thanks guys.
I have a CAI and a catback, obviously you can't run track pipes instead of cats on the street. So what exactly are you meaning by a full exhaust?
