Another great experience with Ricki.
Situation: friend came to me at the 11th hour wanting to get her dad a custom ordered 528xi for his birthday/christmas. even though it was the second week of november (11/13), ricki found a prod slot that went into production two days after finalizing the deal.
Car hit production 11/15 and arrived at the port in NJ on 12/17. car was at difeo on 12/20.
took delivery of the car this morning (12/24), Ricki went the extra mile and put a bow on the car. spent over an hour going over every feature of the car with my friend (when i got my 335i, i impatiently took the crash 10 minute course and spent the drive home trying to figure out how to get my turn signal to stop blinking :rofl:. my fault for being impatient)
excellent deal, perfect delivery. everything handled over email. no fuss, no muss. everything delivered as promised. Thanks to my friend seeing Jspira's ED calendar pics, i am now informed that when my 335i and the 528xi are up on lease, i'm doing ED trips if i like it or not... :eek: :rofl:. sigh.
overall, i can strongly recommend ricki for either a US or ED purchase.
