Do any dealers here know around when BMW will release January lease rates? Also what are the chances that the money factors will come down and if so how much?

Current rates have been confirmed till Feb. 2008.

Future speculations are just speculations.

Really? Current rates were confirmed until Feb of 2008? Did not hear that. last I heard was when they were extended to Jan 08. Can any dealers confirm this?

Assuming it was BMW NA the date is American format (mm/dd/yy).

Can you please correct your post. You are quoting something I wrote but no where in my post did I state current rates are good till Feb. 08.

Rates are good through Jan. 02, 2008.

When I quote something...it is always from BMW NA.

Thanks JW. That's what I thought. That the rates were only good until 1/2/08. Any news on whether the rates will stay the same or go down at all? Do you think that they may release the rates on the 3rd of Jan? Need to schedule my pickup but wondering if I should wait until the first weekend of Jan in case the rates go down. thanks.

Hi JW, what would you say is the likelihood that the current lease incentives (residual and MF) for leftover 2007 cars will increase, decrease, stay the same or go away in January?

Which model do you have on order?

I can tell you the 3 Series lease programs will go up slightly.

5 Series rates and residuals will remain the same. The 1K cash reduction will be discontinued. OLP for the 5 Series will return with a .00045 rate reduction.

Bulletin 07-041

JW I did mean it was quoted by you from BMW NA (the link to your post).

1/2/2008... again thats why I was referring to the date format.

You do not mention Feb 2008 but the date format isn't specified either. Thanks for clarifying though.

Cheers mate

So no action on the 7er? Thanks.

Bulletin 07-041 does not state any changes or non changes for the 7 Series.

What about financing rates? What is the current buy rate on traditional financing?

Bulletin 07-041How about for leftover 2007s? Specifically 335i Sedan? Sorry to ask again but I'm trying to decide whether to sign now or wait until after the new year (to reduce overlap with my current lease).

3-series is going up again?? Ugh, does that mean we will ever see the days of the .00150 and .00170 rates again?

JW I have a 335xi coupe on order that I am scheduled to pick up on Dec 31st. You said that the money factor may go up for January. Is this info from BMW or an educated guess? I'm assuming it is based on some info that you have from BMWNA. Thanks for your help.

I said the lease programs starting Jan. 03, 08 for the 3 Series will be slightly higher than leasing the same car in Jan. 02, 08.

Stated in Bulletin 07-041 from BMW NA, 08 3 Series monthly payments will increase by$10.00.

JW, I ordered a 550 earlier this month and the 1K cash reduction was included in the payments and drive off calculations. I didn't sign any paper work besides a credit check and they took a deposit. I don't qualify for OLP. Am I still getting the 1K cash reduction when car arrives in Feb?

No, the 1K lease cash reduction will not carry over. You must take delivery of the 550i before Jan. 02, 08 to receive the reduction. The Dec rates however can be locked in.
