Count on me if nothing happens after I talk to BMWNA on Monday.
This has gone on way too long.
I am usually not this forgiving but like an attractive girlfriend you get blinded by the things that really matter.
At this point I am going to ask for a MT.
I have accepted a new position that no longer requires the two hours plus of stop and go traffic and as such don't need an automatic.

Aside from the lawyers making huge bucks what does the "class" get from winning one of these suits? Over the years I have been involved in perhaps 6 of these things as a non active class member and can remember getting lots of letters closely typed in incomprehensible language but not once has any coin come my way. I may have gotten a one time credit to my telephone bill for $2.00 but that was about it. However if it does cause BMW to step up to the plate and take responsibility then it is worth whatever the lawyers can wring out of them (for themselves!).

I'm not a lawyer, but don't you have to be seeking a remedy?
What would you be after in a suit?
(Those who are lawyers please jump in.)
