Need some help...newbie here

hi i just came here couple days ago. Here is a problems that i have.
How can i get rid of the subcribed thread? I don't mean to unsubcribe it, but i don't want it to be subcribed at all. I get this everytime i post something. IS there any function to disable it at all?

I'm sure i'll be asking more problem anytime soon...so bare with me :)

Make sure you're not subscribed to any threads, that'd be my guess.
