It's not for me, its for my cuzin and he lives in a place where it snows alot so he wants a front wheel drive Bimmer. He found a M3 so if he can get a good deal on that he might get it. Any concerns on a 95 M3?

Oi:ouch:
I could answer this in so many ways, but I'll be nice.
You are looking for an XI model with All-Wheel-Drive.
As for the M3, if snow and ice are concerns for drivability, might I humbly suggest not getting the high hp rwd vehicle.

I knew there were no front wheel drive bimmers but I just wanted to make sure. As for winter he is going to park the M if he gets it and drive his Toyota. Here is the ad to the M, I emailed him for more info but im still waiting for a reply. Im pretty sure it has high miles.

Get more info about that M3. How many miles, transmission, packages, heck get someone to run the VIN. I've heard mixed stories about problems with the SMG transmission.
Ad seems a little weird to me, just a feeling.

Gryphon,
There were no SMG boxes on E36's... right?
Is there somebody out there making them?

I think some late-run European market E36 M3's came with SMG.

its been tested many times that bright color cars will recieve more tieckets(idk how they tested this tehory)
but if you saw a bright yellow car speeding and at the same time a black car speeding, both the same make and everything .. which would you pull over first ?

At first glance that car looks pretty nice, but there are no details, or not enough to know how well it's been maintained or cared for, and there's no price so no way to say what kind of a deal it might be.
I agree with the others, ///M cars are not the best choice for snowy driving. A 325ix would be sweet if he could find one.

An FWD Bimmer (I need to go to confession for just saying that) may be around the corner.....http://www.motorauthority.com/cars/bmw/preview-2010-bmw-minicar/
