Ryan at Flemington came highly recommended from e90post and he is a frequent poster on that board. I decided to give him a call after speaking with two other dealers in NJ. Ryan was extremely helpful, forthcoming with information, and his numbers for ED delivery were in line with the research I've done on BF. He has done business with many posters from e90post. If you are in NJ, PA, CT, NY and are thinking of a BMW, it's a no-brainer, give Ryan a call and save yourself the hassle of talking with shady dealers. The dealership is very nice, and from what I've been told the service is outstanding. I'll give you an update on that when I get to that point.
Big thumbs up to Ryan. Can't wait for my ED delivery in May!

Have to agree, Flemington stepped up big time to get my business this time. This is my forth BMW is 9 years and Open Road wasn't cutting it for this time. I also tried Princeton, Freehold and Dessimone. Tom Terrill at Flemington was friendly, provided me with various quote options and never played any games during the negoitations. So far a big

I have actually been there twice over the last few years and both times I was not really happy with them. Maybe I caught them on an off day. I ended up going to a different dealer and the experience was great.

Has anyone tried jmk or princeton for service
Has anyone tried jmk or princeton for service
After using Open Road in the past and experiencing bad service I change to JMK BMW quite a few years ago and I've yet to have a problem with their Sales Service and Certified BMW Body Shop. If you need a contact in any of the three areas PM me.
cheers

I really think it's all in who you click with on a particular day and how ready you are to buy. Ryan came highly recommended and he didn't disappoint. I contacted both JMK and Princeton before purchasing. I've heard decent things about JMK. The person I was dealing with wasn't very clear on the numbers. In fact, the last time I asked for a quote he never responed back. Again, not the dealership's fault. Ryan was straight to the point and answered all my question without beating around the bush.

Did you buy from them or elsewhere?

JMK for me was good sales and excellent service.
I made an appt for service (inspections and brake fluid flush) at Flemington and specifically requested a BMW loaner and was wlling to wait on the appointment until one was available. I booked a week ahead of time, when I called the day before to confirm, they told me I get an Enterprise rent a car because I didnt buy the BMW from them.
So I cancelled my appointment - I got one person who tells me BMW loaner is no problem even though I bought elsewhere and another person who says I get Enterprise rent a wreck.
No points for Flemington for me.
For sh1ts and giggles I call Hunterdon BMW which is smaller than both JMK and Flemington,
they told me I get a BMW loaner regardless of where I purchased.
I moved since I bought from JMK and its just too far to have service done there now.

I only have princeton , open road and flemington near me . I have moved also JMK is kind of far.
I don't see why dealers give you bmw loaners even if you didn't buy from them. My friend who bought audi always got loaners regardless of where he got the car.
