Jon - Can I get emails of a certain series to notify them of caravan?

I was looking to get the emails of the 7 series that have registered, because the SoCal 7 Club has a run setup, but I'm not sure of how many of the registered 7s (that wouldn't know about the club), know about the caravan.

So, is this possible?
