Ok, when i stomp on the gas in my 325I my car kinda learches backwards from the acceleration! I believe the tire is rubbing on the rear well. Could that be from bad shocks/Springs or could it be from something else?

how big are your rims and tyres? if your car is lowered they'd wanna be at least 18" to rub with bad shocks.
put your hand in and feel around or jack it up and look at the wheel well see if theres any marks from wheel contact.
test your shocks.
repeatedly press down hard on the back of the car just over the shock and if it comes back up slowly or sluggish each time your shock probably is bad.
take a pic and show us. if it is just a case of big wheels rubbing you could get lower profile tyres on the back?

RTABs rear trailing arm bushings. when you go over bumps is there a clunk and shifting of the rear end? when you are applying gas pressure at high speeds is there a huge vibration?

Also check the carrier bushins on the rear end they will cause the rear carrier to slap the mount and you get i nice clunk sound!!

if it's tire rubbing you'll know when you turn. one side will go RUUUUUUUB and the other won't as the body rolls. yeah, i'm thinking the same as the other posters. but yeah, do you hear anything when turning?

Sounds like RTABs or some other bushings to me. Hard to tell from the description given. (AT first I though you were accelerating in reverse...)
Search for RTAB and see if the descriptions sound like what you are experiencing.
