60k loaded for X6 3.5?
Back to the Cayenne S I go......
I love the X6 styling....but between sacrificing the room and higher than expected sticker, I think I'll go for base gas guzzler:)

I want X5 with the 5.0 V8 Twin Turbo.
I am not surprised with X6 35i base. Think of it this way, they will have to bring the X5 35i at one point. It needs to be higher than the X5 3.0 while X6 35i needs to be lower than X54.8... you have only $ 8600 to space 4 models (54500-45900). I was thinking the X5 35i would start at 48800 and the X6 35i at 51700... 52500 is not far of!
Loaded X6 35i will be pushing 70K... and it would be worth it to me it if they keep the weight down and the REAL combined MPG's above 18.
The X6 50i is a beast and it will find its buyers!

I am interested in a X6 but maybe not so much at 6,600.00 more than the base x5. What the hell do you get for that? An extra 70hp, but less room (only seats four). Now it's just a few thousand less than the v8 x5. If they really wanted to expand their US production then they would have stayed a LOT closer to the X5. say 3k over. They will sell some but not nearly as many, if it were an affordable option to what they allready have. I guess they are loosing their leiderhosen on the euro appreciation and are trying to make it up somewhere. Cheap

It's definitely charging a premium on the styling. The styling is very nice IMO, but not worth the premium for me. I'm sure it will float some people's boat:)

Is the 5.0 the V8 TT? Anyone knows how much a fully loaded 1 will be? The X5 enters at 54k base price and went up to 77k after tax for me. Will it be a similar price to a fully loaded 5.0 X6?
