Engine Bay Differences? 325i vs 325is?

I'm buying an AFE Cold Air Intake system for my 1992 325is but they only list an option for the 325i.

Is there any reason why the one for the 325i wouldn't fit the 325is?

I think the engine bay is the same as far as I know, the rear end is where the differences are.

the ONLY differences between the 325i and 325is are in the body, lights, and interior. Mechanically, they are identical.
