I have a 328i w/sports pkg. running 225/45 in front and 255/40 in rear. The recommended pressure is 32 F & R unless you are driving 100 mph +. I was told that higher than 32 lbs. will yield greater wear, however the ride gets a little harsh. Any ideas? I'd like these tires to last awhile.
Thanks

Generally the rule is the at faster speeds you want more stability - therefore a bit more PSI in the tires... if you are going for cornering and acceleration you want lower PSI... I would go with 30-33PSI in the front and then anywhere between 29-38PSI has worked for me... it really depends in your preference. My friend runs 33 in the front and 30 and the back.... no complaints from him...
