hey guys i have to change my primary and secondary tensioner.........one for the timing belt and the other for the vanos..

SHOULD I CHANGE MY VANOS WHILE IM AT IT.. WHAT DO GUYS THINK I SHOULD DO..

Are you having a problem with the vanos? IF no, don't bother. If yes, contact drvanos.com.

Hi are you doing this yourself? or garage just that i wanted some advice also as my friends vanos has a growl and were thinking maybe tensioners.

just to be safe I ordered the vanos from DRVANOS.COM AND IM CHANGING THE TENSIONER.. I want to do it all in one shot .. you know..

im taking it to ///M Power..nice place.. 400 for parts and labor for the chain tensioner and vanos tensionser


I WOULD DO IT MY SELF.. BUT I DONT TRUST MYSELF.. LOL

Yeah I would replace the vanos to if you are gonna replace the tensioner

nevermind about 400 parts and labor .. the guy gave me the wrong info.... haha.. 510 just for labor.. parts all together are anther 500 ..
