Will a e36 m3 euro engine fit my 1994 325is fairly easily or would i have t do many modifications? , just looking for some opinions on the matter

Harness
Exhaust
Drivetrain
Diff

I'm guessing the 321 BHP powerplant (or even the 286 BHP non-Evo) is going to put a much more severe load on the mechanical components such as gearbox and diff than the US 240 BHP M3 powerplant. So based on that you'll also need Euro gearbox and diff etc?

All you need is the engine, ecu, and wiring harness. Everything else is plug and play. You should also upgrade to the ZF tranny at least because the 325's Getrag is only good to about 300 ponies.
