I'm going to put my stock airbox back on and throw in some new plugs. Does anyone else know any tricks that I might be able to benefit from? (aside from the obvious)

Get it up to tempature and spend some time on the highway in 3rd or 4th to help blow out carbon. What was wrong with the #'s? Maybe a new Oxygen Sensor? (At least on a 95 there's only one. I've used "guaranteed to pass" additive before in other cars that seemed to help also.

Get your cats HOT HOT HOT.

Put your A/C on high, and drive around on the highway in 4th at ~3.5k-4k RPM. Just don't let the cats cool down. This happened to me.

I pulled right into the dyno and my numbers were low low low.

Agreed, and don't turn off your engine while waiting for the test...

oooops, sorry for the attitude, but...

Actually, my 95 recently failed smog after always passing clean. It was due for Inspection II and when they did that they found a bad Camshaft Sensor and replaced it. So you might check that. They also said like several others that it needs to be hot.
