no. IIRC, E46 offsets were in the 40-47mm range. spacers decrease offset, pushing the wheel further out, the issue with 5'er wheels is that they are already pushed out too far.

Thank you all for your inputs. IF they don't hit the fender, is there any performance issue with the difference in offset?
