BUMP

Looking to get F1 Asymmetrics pretty soon, looking for thoughts/opinions/reviews. Goodyear also has a $50 rebate if you buy a set of 4, it isn't much, but it's still something.

I've heard good things about these tires. I would suggest going to TireRack.com and read the reviews on them as well.

Great tires so far from initial feedback to the point where i feel they may be a top contender in this class of tires. They haven't been out for a very long time so there isn't a lot of long term feedback yet.

I used the GSD3 tires on my previous e46 BMW (2000 328) and they were great. They were a little disappointing in terms of mileage is concerned (not as much as the OEM Continentals). The F1 Asymmetrics are quite different (the tread pattern anyway). I am seriously considering them for the replacement on my current car (2004 e46 330i Sport).

These should be quieter riding, with better dry grip and steering response than the GSD3.

FWIW, the eagle f1 gs-d3 are recommended by Consumer Reports as a best buy.
