Antifreeze Flush

What's a reasonable price for doing an antifreeze/coolant flush? My dealer wants to charge $150 for it. Can it be done easily by myself? Do I need any special tools? Or better yet, another in Toronto have some extra BMW coolant lying around who can spare me some?

I'd let a mechanic fix it for you but it is verty easy.

there's a plug near the bottom you can drain. you can run your garden hose water through it to flush, get a bottle from napa and use some additive if you like $2 or so

but if you're paranoid about wrecking something, you need to be careful what kind of coolant as people here will tell you
