Hey everyone, I have a 2008 328xi. I was looking to upgrade to a new set of OEM BMW wheels , but I have a few important questions.
1.) If I was buying from another person (not BMW) what about the TPMS? Do I take that off of my current wheels and put it on the new ones?
2.) How do I know if they will fit my car and/or lug nuts.
3.) I heard something about spacers, what is that and do I need to worry?
Basically, any input on what I need to know to get started would be great!! Thanks!!:)

OEM BMW wheels for your car will have the correct offset. I would go to BMW and get the catalog so you can see what you are dealing with.
What are you planning to do with your existing tires/rims? To buy new TPMS from Tire Rack is like 49 bucks each so you could keep the old ones and just have the new ones added if you decide to go back and forth between both sets.
Realoem.com has a good source of information for E90's but nothing for 2008 still it will show you what BMW wheels they have and what the offset is.
You never need to worry about the hubcentric issue and the bolt pattern if you are using a BMW wheel for your car. Also the offset which you will see as ET should be correct too.
Your tire selection is up to you. Do you want good performance summer only or all around performance, etc. Once you decide on what you want your tire to do then you can decide what tire makes sense. I personally love Michelins even though I have Toyo Proxies, Conti's as well as Michelin Pilot Sports PS.
Good luck...

I will be selling my OEM 18 335I Style 189 Wheels in abou six weeks when my new car arrives. The dealer will be taking them off and putting on a different set. They will literally never be driven on. If you are interested, please let me know and I will give you my contact information.
I will only be asking a fair price.
