But rolls up normally? What could be a cause of that? It works just fine, the one touch works, it doesn't go up in increments, it just rolls down really slow like it wants to die, but it rolls back up nice and quick normally.
It just started doing this recently, Suggestions?

Check the metal guide channels for the regulator assembly and grease well to allow the plastic runners to move free. Sounds like there is a bit of cr*p in the channel.

I'll post pics later, if I dont forget.
As for money, I didn't count exactly, but ALOT, as in not smart or wise to do, lol.

So im assuming you can see these parts when you take off the door panel?

Yes. The sliders are (or were) white rectangular pieces about 4cm x 3cm that fit to the ends or the regulator arms by a ball and socket type fitting plus a metal elongated "C" shaped pin that clamps the "ball" into the "socket".
You will have to raise or lower the window to get to the individual sliders but they can all be accessed with relative ease.
Try applying a little grease to either side of the sliders then operate the window and see if they loosen up a little.
If not, you may have to remove the regulator and clean out all the channels (tricky, but certainly DIYable).
From experience, other possible causes:-
1) car has been jacked up and caused slight temporary chassis twist
2) Little green plastic rivet come loose from toothed part of regulator and sticking in the mechanism
3)Motor bushes wearing.
Best of luck

Sorry, ignore 1) above. My head is in convertible mode and I doubt you would experience chassis twist in a sedan.

Thank you 1canary, I appreciate your help, I will try greasing the guide and runner first, hopefully it will fix the problem, if not I guess I will have to remove it.
Again, thanks for the help.

If the greasin in the runners dont work, it may be the window motor. Fairly simple to change. But thats the only reason besides the runners being sticky or something that i can think is wrong with it.

No problem. Hope you get it sorted WITHOUT having to change the motor.
(If you do end up needing one, try wreckers first unless money is no problem).
As a guide...if the motor is riveted to the regulator it is probably the original motor, if it is bolted on, then the previous owner will probably have had some problem with it already, but that can be good in one respect as you will not have to drill the rivets out yourself.
Here's hoping it is NOT the motor.
just went thru some window problems with 1996 e36 convert.
had multiple issues:
1-little switch on black door striker(frame of car)..the one that raises window up and down with opening of doors was sticking..sprayed it multiple times with (PB blaster)
2-push button window switch replaced.
3-used some PB blaster on all rails..
4-final solution* loosened two of the 4 torx bolts on window motor about one turn..i guess system got out of alignment
