How is the alternator the possible problem, the battery is charged, is there a sensor that keeps the car from getting power to the ignition if the alternator is bad? not doubting your response but merely trying to understand how the car works. thanks.

Have you double checked your connections? I know it sounds obvious, but one of the leads may have disconnected, rendering all electronics dead.
Or you could have a ground issue specific to a certain area of the vehicle.

I replaced a burnt fuse, Number 41, now the on board display works fine, it says everything is ok.
But when I turn the key to start the car, the dash looks fine but I do not get anything from the starter/solenoid, no click nothing.
What do you think is the problem?
Thanks.

Fpumd the problem: The car checked ok on the on board screen, after I pressed the brakes the on board display started displaying to check brake circuit. Checked the fuse and it was ok but it wasn't making good contact, replaced and it did it agon so after a few times of installing and removing the fuse it is now working great, the car starts and the displays says its OK.
Therefore the finding is that the car won't start if your brake lights circuit is not working properly.
