It came with my RGRs. I just noticed it tonight. It looks like it fits between the hub and the wheel. I don't have a clue what it's for :dunno: :rofl:

Based on your description, it is a hub centric ring. It prevents vibrations/shimmy due to the wheels center bore not being an exact fit to your hub, keep them in there, they are there for a reason.

That's what I thought but I had never seen one before so wasn't sure. It wasn't attached maybe I should put it in before I bring it to the tire place, no?

Yes, those are hubcentric rings. The retaining clip is optional so that the rings don't slide out during wheel swaps.
