Hello all,

I have a 1996 m3 and it seems to be having a cabin water leak problem that ends on the passengers front floor. I noticed it when it rained the other day, here in Chicago, and it seems to be coming from the headliner on the passengers side, by the beam/windshield area, as it was wet up there. Sunroof drain is my best guess, but is it easy to track something like this down or simply take it in? is it easy to take the headliner off and simply reconnecting or de clog the drain tube?
Any wisdom will help...Thank you!

No need to remove the headliner to clear the drain. Just open the sunroof and look in that corner for the hole. Another thought... have you had the windshield replaced? There may be a leak near the top.
