Just found a thick shielded black wire and a white box under the passenger seat, anybody knows what this is? Is it the ECU?

The ECU is in the engine compartment. Maybe it's a subwoofer, if you have Logic 7?

my guess is sub's. I have found 11 of the 13 speakers for the Logic 7 the remaining 2 must be sub's under both front seats.

I do believe the Logic 7 subs are under the front seats.

Yes and yes, they are under the seats. Here is a re-post of a diagram of the Logic7's speaker placement. The base sound system also has the 2 subs under the front seats - the speakers you lose are the 2 in the rear doors and the center-fill on the dash.

If it's not the sub, I'm going to guess that it's the power source for the boogie man's home.

I just keep my eyes closed so I don't see the boogie man. It makes driving hard

Junction box to the seatbelt tensioner, and seat motors (if you have power seat).

The subwoofer is under the floor, with or without Logic 7.
