Hello all,
John Shafer, BeeWang, and I were discussing the bimmerfest 7 series board and we decided to make an effort to get some more activity here. (I post on a couple other boards on occasion, and routinely check the European Delivery board here.)
My cars are the three BMWs pictured below. In fact, the E30 was my very first car when I got out of college. The E38 came much later… keep feeding an E30 and some day it might grow up to be an E38. (You gotta feed it ALOT!) Then my wife decided she needed one of her own and we did European Delivery of the E39. I am in the Seattle WA area and we have a group we called the Seattle7s that get together, go for rides, and share tips. We became the Puget Sound BMWCCA Special Interest Group for E38s.

I know nothing about the E32 or the E65/66. I’m not really an E65 fan, but then again, it took me about four years to get over the 3er change back in 1991. (I still think the end of the E30 was the end of an era! I’d love an E30 M3 if I had more garage space…)
Anyway, hello to everyone and I have a couple questions/posts for discussion to come.
