Z4 Is it hard to add the homelink mirror

I am always fumbling to open my Leather Z armrest when I get home, to get my garage door opener. I love the Homelink mirror with the three buttons on my wife's 07 328 (no more remotes). Has anyone done the swap, and added the mirror with the garage remote control? I have an 07 with rain sensing wipers, and my wifes 328 has the rain sensing wipers, so it looks like a simple swap???:p

This is a lot less expensive than the Homelinks.
