Just purchased my first BMW which is a CPO 05 545i. The wheels are obviously not stock and would like to know if someone here could provide the details on the wheels that this car came with. I have attached a photo.

Those are the original wheels, however, they have been chrome plated. The 2005 545i with the Sport Package came with 18 inch model 124 aluminum wheels.

Oh no! 124s in chrome. That is one of my favorite styles, but the chrome kills everything. Might want to check around and see if anyone under 18 is willing to trade. If they are in good shape, you might also considering trying to sell them and use the cash for aluminum 124s

Would anyone know if these wheels would fit my 05 530i?

I'd have an interest in talking to you about a trade or for sale if interested and if they fit my ride.

As a data point - I purchased a set of style 167 copy wheels from this company (http://stores.ebay.com/O-E-Wheels) last fall for my snow tires. The 167s are the ones you see OEM on the current M6. They have looked great on my 545 all winter. I'm going to switch back to the summer tires this weekend, and the only bummer about it is that I like these wheels better than the stock ones.
