Jon, how long does it usually take to hear back from you guys one a web quote request is submitted? Been four days.... Is this normal?

This is not normal. Franco finished last Law School Final Exam
last evening (Friday night). For the the week I own him 24/7,
and he WILL catch up on all of his email requests. I guarantee it.

Sorry Jon, just saw your reply to someone below on this. No problem. By the way, the Performance Center is only an hour from here and I intend to take delivery there, so does it matter where I purchase the car?

For a true "cash deal", a Performance Center Delivery is
viable; Franco has done a few. For a lease, or a finance
deal it's kind of tricky. Most lenders want us to arrange
licensing/titling. BMWFS would like us to investigate and
hire a suitable "titling agency", which we then in turn have
to pay to register the client's car for them...


It all depends on availability, too.
Many of our out-of-state requests are for "premium models"
(e.g. M3, M5, X5's, ...etc.). We never even have enough
of those to satisfy the appetite of our local markets... :(
