You need to know the "unknowns": purchase price, residual, money factor. Just ask. They will give this information to you. If they don't, leave and talk to a different dealership or sales person.

Also, the price sounds about right with almost nothing down. Remember due at signing also includes first payment, security deposit (in some cases), and license fees. So, it looks like you aren't putting much down if anything.
