Out of the blue my clutch pedal went limp (hate it when that happens:cry:) Anyway, given that there is no tension on the pedal I can only assume the clutch cable broke or detached somehow.
Does anyone have insight on this issue?

uncontrollable limpness does suck, luckly there are ways to fix those problems:rofl:
but most likely its hydrolic. and either the master or slave cylinder went out. but it is better to change both at the same time.

+1 on that e30s dont have a clutch cable its all hydraulic, you might be able to bleed it and get it to pump up again, but your mostlikely going to have to do what downhiller said.
