FS: E39 M5/540 M Sport Ported Lower Grill $100

I fabricated this up from a brand new M5 grille and various parts during some R&D on a mod project. This is not your father's sink drain. The metal port ducts are solid stainless steel, with plastic surrounds on front and back, securely epoxied in and wrapped with gorilla tape in the back for stability. No hack job. It's clean work. Never used.

The total area of the intake of the port is a little less than the total area of the brake intake grille on the OE 540 M Sport grill where it delivers flow to the brakes. PM me for the exact numbers if you need them to determine if this will be enough for your application. Since the M5 has no brake duct venting from the front, this grill would be an upgrade.

I'm at $100 to cover my parts cost and the time it took to drink a beer while I figured out how to mill and fit it all together!
