Starng chirping noise

Hello.
Lately i have got a strange chirping noise from the air condition in low volume, can anybody help me . . .
What is the problem?

Yeah, it's not your AC, it's the fan blower motor. Chirping at low speeds is usually a sign of failure. They are not all that expensive, but are a huge PITA to replace, at least it was on my 328i, i'm not 100% sure about the 318s.

What does PITA stand for?
Seems like I also have the same problem. When I switch the AC off this low level chirp noise goes away.
