hi guys, any of you running 245/40 and 275/35s? just like to know how ur doign with fuel economy cos for a year now i've put up with a dip from 29mpg to roughly 24mpg (up from 18s).. also wat tyre pressure do u use for them cos i read the manufacturer spec isnt necessarily right.. :thumbdwn:

im running 20's with 245/40 and 275/35's with tire pressure at 35psi. i don't know how you were getting 29mpg with the 18's. im pretty sure i don't get anywhere near 24mpg. id be really content with 24mpg.:dunno:

mine's a 730i mind you...
u using 35psi front and rear?

Id love to get 20 anythinh my avg is 14.7 mpg. As far as pressure dont run anything less than 35.

I have the style 32s on my 745Li, and run them at 40+PSI.
If they get below 40, the ride is too wallowy, and the tyre wall too small!

I have the same setup but I never have that problem, maybe you're ready for a new set of rubber. How many kilometers do you have on them??
